DETAILED AGENDA Break and Vendor Browsing 12:30 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. Afternoon Plenary 12:45 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing in Behavioral Health Corey Feldman Head of Growth, Eleos Health Alon Rabinovich Chief Technology Officer, Eleos Health Course Description: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the biggest technol - ogy revolution of our era. AI is a broad term for a family of sub-technologies, such as Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision. AI is already be- ing used in many aspects of everyday life, from Amazon suggestions to automated voice inter- action systems. Health care has seen AI rise to prominence in specialties like radiology, pathol- ogy and population health analytics. But, despite some rather rudimentary attempts, AI has seen little application in the realm of mental health care delivery until recently. The advent of NLP and NLP Transformers (such as BERT and GPT-3) have made it possible to apply AI to therapist- client interactions in near real-time, providing clinical insights for clinicians and supervisors, and automatically generating progress notes based solely on verbal exchange, with no typing by the clinician or client. This session will provide an introduction to the world of NLP (NLP 101), discuss the evolution of AI in health care and behavioral health care and will give real-world examples of NLP-based systems currently in use by behavioral health providers. Examples of how such systems can increase efficiency and clinical insights will be provided. Workshops E - H 1:50 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Workshop E Adapting to Reporting Requirements while Enhancing Organizational Performance Katie Morrow, MPA, LBSW Vice President of Compliance Streamline Healthcare Solutions Course Description: As states and other payers move towards the value-based payment models, adjusting your operations and technology infrastructure to meet new data sharing and reporting requirements can be daunting. Whether there is a statewide financing system overhaul, or a Medicaid man - aged care entity making minor modifications to existing reporting requirements, these shifts can have big implications for behavioral healthcare providers. To master this challenge, executive teams will need to leverage new technology, build data-driven management models, and form new partnerships with stakeholders to be successful.
