(NJAMHAA) is a statewide trade association representing hospital- based and freestanding organizations that provide mental health care, substance use treatment and a broad range of other support services to more than 500,000 children and adults with mental health, behavioral, emotional and substance use disorders and intellectual/ developmental disabilities (I/DDs) each year. The purpose of this virtual conference is to support and enhance commu- nication throughout themental health, substance use and I/DDs com- munity; tomaximize clinicians’ effectiveness, for example, with the use of evidence-based practices and telehealth, as well as implement strategies to increase staff recruitment and retention.
