(NJAMHAA) is a statewide trade association representing hospital-based and freestanding organizations that provide clinical treatment and a broad range of other support services to more than 500,000 children and adults with mental health, behavioral, emotional and substance use disorders and intellectual/ developmental disabilities each year. NJAMHAA is developing this conference with the New Jersey Association of Integrated Case Management to build ICMS providers’ skills and enhance their motivation and resilience, as their work can be quite stressful, especially due to the workforce crisis. The purpose of this conference is to support and enhance communication among providers of integrated case management services (ICMS) to maximize providers’ effectiveness, as well as implement strategies to increase staff recruitment and retention.
