Participants will be invited to consider the vital role of courage in advocacy, the depth of care required in service, and the transformative power of authentic connection. Designed to honor the resilience of case managers, Dr. Swarbrick will also address the realities of compassion fatigue and the ongoing challenge of balancing mission with workload. Through shared experiences and actionable insights, attendees will leave reenergized and more deeply connected to the purpose that brought them to this work.
