Member, NJAMHAA and NJMHI Boards CEO, CarePlus NJ Kristine Pendy, LCSW NJAMHAA Board Member Vice President, Business Development Vantage Health System The Hospital Community Integration Council continued to develop advocacy strategies to have more billing codes in the Quality Improvement Program opened and to have several others that are already open expanded to more types of providers. These efforts included meeting with Steven Tunney, RN, MSN, Director, Behavioral Health, Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services. This group also began discussions about long-acting injectables and will be advocating for hospital reimbursement for administering these effective medications. INTEGRATED CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PRACTICE GROUP Co-Chairs: Renee Carrillo, MS Director of Burlington and Mercer ICMS and Camden and Mercer Senior Well Being Oaks Integrated Care Laurie DeSimone-Celuch, LPC, LCADC, ACS, CCS Senior Director, Hospital and Community Services, CarePlus NJ, Inc. The Integrated Case Management Services (ICMS) Practice Group continued its advocacy for updated program regulations and met with staff from the Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) as part of this ongoing effort.
