FY2025-Annual-Report

NJAMHAA Annual Report FY 2025 43 Looking Ahead Unfortunately, it looks like we will continue to confront challenges on the state and national levels for an undetermined amount of time. However, it is extremely fortunate that we have a strong, dedicated and determined team throughout the NJAMHAA staff, Board and membership. Our partnerships will continue to enable us to meet challenges head on and continually strengthen your organizations and the entire behavioral healthcare system. We are so grateful to everyone who participates in our membership meetings and on our practice groups and councils, which we strongly encourage all members to do. In addition to fortifying our advocacy, these groups provide valuable learning and networking opportunities that help strengthen individuals in their current and future roles. They also help reinforce your organizations by sharing strategies and resources, and engaging in productive brainstorming on the range of issues that need to be addressed. “ As we look toward the future, I have no doubt that our leaders, members, staff and partners will continue to make powerful and lasting impacts to improve the lives of children, youth and adults in New Jersey and beyond. ” Debra L.
