Prior to joining Rutgers University School of Social Work, she had a distinguished career of more than 30 years as a nonprofit administrator in New York andNew Jersey. She is a member of the Rutgers School of Social Work’s Inclusion, Intersectionality, Diversity, Equity and Advancement Committee and the school’s Community Engagement Task Force; advisory board member of the Council of NJ Grantmakers’ and NJ Center for Nonprofits’ “Doing Good Better Advisory Board: Deepening Philanthropic and Nonprofit Partnerships inNJ”; advisory board member of the NJ Population Health Cohort Study for the Rutgers theMentoring Committee of the Forum of ExecutiveWomen. Regina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology fromWest Chester University. She previously served as a Board member for the New Jersey Association of Community Providers. “NJAMHAA recognizes that providers are stronger and able to effectively plan for the future when they share information on critical issues,” Regina said.
