14 New Jersey Governor’s Council on Mental Health Stigma Join the Council and other Communities in Launching Stigma-free Zones! Now more than ever, our communities need healing by engaging and committing to a stigma-free space for mental health and wellness. The Governor’s Council on Mental Health Stigma invites you to establish Stigma-free Zones and offers resources to do so at nj.gov/mhstigmacouncil/eliminate-stigma/free-zones .
