The session will focus on individuals who are homeless, at risk of housing instability, and/or managing significant medical or behavioral health challenges. Participants will gain practical guidance on working with housing authorities, landlords, and service providers to secure stable placements and promote long-term tenancy. By the conclusion of the session, attendees will leave with actionable strategies to advocate effectively for their clients and navigate New Jersey’s housing system with greater confidence. Learning Objectives: At the end of this session, attendees will be able to: 1. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of housing resources, programs, and subsidies available across New Jersey. 2. Implement effective strategies for addressing the housing needs of homeless, at-risk, and clinically complex clients. 3. Adopt and use best practices for tenancy sustainability through collaboration with housing partners and service providers.
