In this session, you’ll learn how to define your organization’s DNA — the policies, clinical workflows, and compliance requirements that make you you — and use it to evaluate, configure, and govern AI systems that actually behave the way your organization expects. Walk away with a decision framework, a governance checklist, and clear first steps you can put to work immediately. LEARNING OBJECTIVES: At the end of this session, attendees will be able to: 1. Identify the key policies, payer requirements, clinical workflows, and compliance standards that must be embedded into any AI system before it generates output. 2. Apply a five-point executive decision framework that assesses expected behavior, human decision points, legal constraints, governance ownership, and behavior auditing — enabling you to distinguish between truly customizable solutions and off-the-shelf tools. 3. Develop a clinician-in-the-loop governance structure that includes leadership review, feedback loops, and quality assurance processes to ensure AI remains aligned with organizational standards and accountability.
