Program Book 19 Meet the Presenters Carolyn Quinn, CRSP, CPRP, CPRS, I/C PRS, DRCC, B.S. Director of Community Engagement and Wellness Programs Mental Health Association NJ- Atlantic County Carolyn Quinn joined the Mental Health Association in Atlantic County in January 2013 and currently serves as Director of Community Engagement and Wellness Programs. She holds a BS in Therapeutic Studies from Boston University and is pursuing an MSW from Rutgers University. Carolyn holds multiple certifications, including Certified Recovery Specialist Practitioner (CRSP), Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS), Internationally Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (I/C PRS), Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP), and Disaster Relief Crisis Counselor (DRCC). She is also a certified trainer in Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid, Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), and QPR (Question, Persuade. Refer) Suicide Prevention. Over her tenure, Carolyn has held progressively expanding roles — from peer specialists in supportive housing to Wellness Center Manager — and has developed expertise in evidence-based wellness models including Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), Whole Health Action Management (WHAM), Emotional CPR (eCPR), and Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT). He has earned a reputation for helping healthcare organizations leverage technology to expand access to quality care. With expertise in integrated IT and security solutions, electronic health records management, artificial intelligence-driven healthcare tools, and HIPAA/HITECH [Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act/Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act] compliance, Chris helps multi-site practices streamline workflows, improve patient experiences, and strengthen financial health. Michael Koker Director of AI Strategy & Implementation NetCarrier Michael Koker is Sr. Director of AI Strategy at NetCarrier, specializing in AI governance, operational integration, and value realization. He bridges AI innovation with business impact, holding Chief AI Officer Certified: Leadership (2025) and Generative AI Fundamentals (Google Cloud) certifications.
