The presenters will discuss what initial and booster training looks like, coaching cycles, fidelity monitoring, MI-informed supervision, rollout strategies, and the role of MI champions. Emphasis will be placed on ongoing practice, data-driven feedback, and organizational supports that reduce skill drop-off and address barriers to change. The session will also include an experiential micro-skills component, offering practical techniques that participants can apply immediately in their daily work. LEARNING OBJECTIVES: At the end of this session, attendees will be able to: 1. Identify integration strategies for introducing MI at the organizational level. 2. Describe micro-skills through experiential exercises that enhance engagement and reduce resistance. 3. Define sustainability practices to maintain MI fidelity over time.
