24 Meeting Challenges Head On Information Technology Project Practice Groups In addition to sharing knowledge and tools, and brainstorming solutions to human resources (HR)-specific issues, this group hosted several diverse experts as guest presenters, including: Human Resources Practice Group Dennis Morrison, PhD , Chief Clinical Officer of Netsmart and Owner of Morrison Consulting, Morrison presented on how artificial intelligence (AI) can improve workforce management and gave a reintroduction of Eleos Health and how its AI- powered tools can help retain valued employees. Robin Ross, Esq. , Compliance and Training, Employers Association of New Jersey, presented an overview of the new HR laws, rules and regulations that have taken effect over the past few months. Representatives from Lockton Companies, CJ Szafran, CEBS, AVP, Account Executive, and Jen McSherry, SVP, People Solutions, presented on benefit packages and total compensation for all ages, including retirement-account options. The main focus for the Billing Supervisors Practice Group was preparing for the first phase of more behavioral healthcare services being carved into Medicaid managed care and working with the managed care organizations.
